At NeonVibe India, we want you to love your neon sign. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your sign arrives damaged, send a photo or video to support@neonvibeindia.com or WhatsApp +91 74993 91482 within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Custom / Personalised Orders

Custom signs are non-refundable unless defective or different from your approved proof. We always share a proof before production — review it carefully.

Order Cancellations

• Cancel within 12 hours of placing via WhatsApp
• Once production starts, cancellations are not accepted for custom orders
• Standard products can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
