Processing Time
- Standard catalogue signs — dispatched within 3–5 business days
- Custom / personalised signs — 5–7 business days production before dispatch
Delivery Time
- Metro cities — 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Tier 2 / 3 cities — 5–7 business days after dispatch
- Total expected delivery — 7–12 business days from order date
Express Shipping
Express (3–5 working days) available at checkout for ₹1,500.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹999
- Flat ₹99 on orders below ₹999
Tracking
A tracking link is sent to your WhatsApp and email once dispatched. We ship via Delhivery, BlueDart, and DTDC.
Packaging
All signs are packed in shock-proof multi-layer packaging. If the outer box is damaged, photograph it within 48 hours and contact us.
