By placing an order on NeonVibe India, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General

These Terms apply to all users of the site. NeonVibe India may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance.

2. Products & Orders

• All products are subject to availability
• Prices are in ₹ (Indian Rupees) inclusive of taxes
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order

3. Custom Orders

A design proof is shared via WhatsApp before production. Once approved, cancellations are not accepted. Review your proof carefully for spelling, font, and colour.

4. Colour Accuracy

Neon colours may appear slightly different in person compared to digital previews due to screen calibration differences.

5. Payment

All payments processed via Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant). We do not store card details.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content — images, text, logos, designs — is the property of NeonVibe India and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

NeonVibe India is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
